Josh Wink’s HUGE remix of my track ‘Eye C’ is out now on @clrofficial!

I’ve been playing this one for months now, and it’s really become a staple in my sets, so I’m very happy to finally be able to share it with you all.

He took ‘Eye C’ and turned it into a massive acid monster, and it always gets a big reaction when I play it.

I mean, @joshwink1 doing an acid remix… you probably already have an idea of what to expect! And this one really delivers.

We’re going back to 2009 for this month’s @clrofficial Podcast 💥

Ahead of the release of @joshwink1’s incredible new remix of my track ‘Eye C’, landing on CLR on 25th September, we’ve decided to do something a little different and take a trip down memory lane.

We’re revisiting the very first CLR Podcast, and there’s actually a pretty good story behind this one.

When I was recording the voiceover for the episode in my studio back in 2009 (swipe for a very old studio pic), Josh happened to be in Frankfurt after running into some travel problems while on tour. He stopped by the studio, and we ended up hanging out and having a great conversation on the show about all kinds of things happening at the time (the mix underneath is from me).

Hearing it all these years later makes for a really fun listen, and it’s also pretty amazing to hear where we were both at back then.

Happy 909 Day!

I’m the proud owner of a machine without which the evolution of Techno would be almost unthinkable. Rarely has a drum machine had such a profound impact on an entire genre, and far beyond it.

Over the years, friends have stopped by my studio, and sometimes even met me on the road, to sign it. I keep getting it signed whenever possible. Maybe someone can make a list of all the names that have made their way onto it so far! 😄

Some people might not know what a raw 909 actually sounds like, the kick, the toms, the hats, and all the other sounds that make this machine so unmistakable. So, I’ve included some clips here for you to check out. 909 forever! ❤️

And thank you, @rolandglobal, for creating this machine and making billions of people happier along the way.

Getting to close the season at Tini was something really special, and definitely one of my favourite times there so far!! I prepared a few surprises, and some special moments for the occasion, and everything just came together perfectly.

The weather was amazing, the crowd was incredible, and the music flowed so naturally from start to finish. One of those nights where you really feel connected with the dancefloor, and the crowd was happy to come along wherever I went musically.

Tini is always such a special gig for me. I love the location, the atmosphere, and every year it’s one of the real highlights in my calendar. I was also told that I’m the only DJ who has played there every single year since they opened, which honestly feels like such an incredible honour.

Massive love to all the dancers and, of course, the entire Tini team for making it happen. ❤️
